LaNita was born and raised in Illinois in a small rural country town  where she enjoyed hunting, fishing, taking care of their pigs, cows, horses and chickens and the country life. She eventually moved to the Chicagoland area and pursued marketing and advertising and eventually started her own company. Meeting her husband through her future mother-in-law led her to life as a suburban mom with a son and a daughter. LaNita's husband served in the USMC and eventually became a Chief of Police. LaNita got involved in real estate and was always ranked in the top 1% of realtors and built a successful business. LaNita's son is a 1st Lieutenant in the Marine Corps and met his Navy nurse wife in college. LaNita’s daughter recently graduated from Liberty University and now works for MDC Homes. LaNita and her husband moved to Ooltewah 3 years ago after having their home built.  LaNita enjoys travel, shopping, her 2 black cats (Rooster and Monkey) and talking endlessly with clients.
